What does it taste like?
Like proper homemade chicken broth, minus the six hours of simmering. Savoury, herby and seriously comforting.
Pick your moment
One tablespoon (10g) in 250–300ml hot water. Stir. Sip. Sigh happily.
1 tbsp · 10gTop tipNew to broth? Give it three mugs. A savoury drink can surprise your taste buds at first, and by mug three most people are hooked.

* Why nutritional yeast? A little goes in for depth. No synthetics. No shortcuts.
* Heads up Some of our current pouches list onion powder by mistake. It’s a printing error. There’s no onion in this broth.
Honestly simple. Seriously good.

Why "liquid gold"?
It won Gold at Taste of the West, and broth has been called liquid gold for generations. It seemed rude not to.
Can I use it instead of stock?
Yes, and it beats most. Swap it in wherever a recipe calls for stock: risotto, soups, gravy, noodles. No palm fat, no MSG, just real chicken broth.
Is it the same as a collagen powder?
Not quite. Collagen powders are usually just collagen. Ours is the whole broth, slow-simmered and dried, so you get protein, collagen and 18 amino acids in one tablespoon. The whole pot of broth, not just one ingredient.
Is it gluten-free?
Yes, and free from the 14 major allergens. Everyone's invited.
How many servings are in a pouch?
30 tablespoons (300g). That's a month of desk-side mugs.
