Beef Marrow Bone Broth Powder

4.98 · 177 reviews

The good bit, in a mug.

For most of human history, marrow was the most prized part of the animal. Modern diets forgot it. We brought it back: grass-fed British beef marrow bones, slow-simmered with rosemary, thyme and a pinch of sea salt. One pouch, four jobs: your stock, your protein boost, your collagen and your cosy evening mug. Fewer things in the cupboard, more good in every one.

      Ask us anything
      • Why is it the favourite child?

We're not supposed to have favourites. But it won Silver, and it's the one we reach for first. Don't tell the others.

      • What is bone marrow broth?

Beef marrow bones, slow-simmered for up to 16 hours until all the good stuff comes out, then gently dried into a powder. One spoon in hot water and it’s back to being broth.

      • Is bone broth powder as good as homemade?

It’s made the same way you’d make it at home, just for longer than any of us have time for. Real bones, slow-simmered, nothing added to bulk it out. You just skip the Sunday spent watching a pot.

      • Can I cook with it?

Absolutely. Ramen, gravy, risotto, braises, or poured over roast veg. It makes everything taste like you tried harder than you did.

      • Is it the same as a collagen powder?

Not quite. Collagen powders are usually just collagen. Ours is the whole broth, slow-simmered and dried, so you get protein, collagen and 19 amino acids in one tablespoon. The whole band, not just the lead singer.

      • Is it gluten-free?

Yes, and free from the 14 major allergens. Everyone's invited.

      • How many servings are in a pouch?

        30 tablespoons (300g). That's a month of cosy mugs.
